The strategy I developed was smart, efficient, and maximized resources already at hand. Our blog, Austin Local, was already well performing. The value-based posts were hyper-local, engaging, and thoughtfully researched. However, I felt this channel was underutilized. I saw a fantastic opportunity to upcycle this content into a lifestyle email which would be sent out on behalf of the agents and thus fill in the gap where agents were missing critical touches. Additionally, the blog offered a goldmine of information to create shareable posts and links for social media.
