Historically low housing inventory and a strong economy meant that agents were submitting multiple offers on homes and failing to get anything under contract. It was clear that the solution to correct this cycle was to increase the inventory of homes for sale. We knew that a lot of homeowners had postponed making a move due to Covid-19 and were now on the fence waiting to see how the market would behave.
In response to the market climate, we created a 360 campaign that ran across multiple channels, aimed at driving traffic and supporting agent activities.
